Robotic Pallet Packing Here are two examples of how the Robotic Pallet Packing System can be implimented in your Ice Plant. The Palletising Robot can also be adapted and retro-fitted to existing plants on a customers needs basis and can be applied to the palletising of products other than ice.

Ice Systems Robotic Pallet Packing Station is built using the a Robot, which has 110 kg capacity and is the fastest palletizing robot in the world. Capable of packing up to 90 bags of Ice per minute when installed with 3 Automatic Bagging Stations and 60 bags of Ice per minute when installed with 2 Automatic Bagging Stations. The pallet dispenser automatically dispenses a pallet and delivers it via powered rollers and hoist to the Robot for packing. Once packed, the pallet lowers onto powered rollers where it is automatically transferred to an Automatic Pallet Wrapper. When wrapped it is then dispensed again via powered rollers to a forklift pick up area

Ice Systems Robotic Pallet Packer is also built using a Robot which has 110 kg capacity and is the fastest palletizing robot in the world. This system requires the operator to Load the empty pallet directly onto the SW2 Pallet Wrapper. The Travelling Bag Box, then lowers over the empty pallet and signals the Robot to start Packing. The operator is not required until both pallets are packed and wrapped ready to be replaced with new empty pallets.
